FRIDAY + FREE STUFF sounds like a pretty good way to start the weekend, so I made you all some iPhone backgrounds! I’ve started painting again after a many (many) year break. I wake up early before work, like 4:30 AM early because obviously, I’m crazy, and take some time to paint and drink my coffee before getting ready. My goal is to complete three paintings a week, which means A LOT of various technology machine background awesomeness for you.
Speaking of technology awesomeness, did you know that Photoshop now has artboards (my laptop just tried to change that to “dartboards,” which would also be sort of awesome in an Office Space sort of way) and preset sizes for iPhone, MacBook, and iPad backgrounds? It is like Photoshop knows how lazy I like to be, which is pretty lazy at times.
Sometimes I’ll ask Andrew if he can come over for a second while I’m sitting on the couch, and then ask him if he can hand me the remote that is within my reach if I stood up the tiniest little bit. But isn’t that what marriage is about? Handing the remote to someone even though they are perfectly capable of doing so on their own, but just don’t want to? Oh, and the love and support and all that stuff too. Perhaps not having to spend time reaching for the remote allows me more time to create freebies for you all!
